Contact No Shoes Radio



Having problems with No Shoes Radio?  That's not cool, so let us help right away!

* If you're having problems with audio, navigating the site, Passport Club login, or other technical issues, send an e-mail to support@noshoesradio.com detailing the exact nature of the problem and the errors you're receiving.  If you're having problems logging in with the Passport Club, include your user name, password, full name, and address so we can locate you faster in our database and get you back on track.  (And no, we can't change your birthdate to make you younger.)

* If you're interested in reaching Jon Anthony, Tambo, or anyone else on the NSR team, or if you have general questions about NSR, the programming, contests, etc., send an e-mail to contact@noshoesradio.com and we'll try to get back to you as soon as we finish off the tropical libation we have in our hand.

* If you're experiencing problems with No Shoes Radio on the ultra-cool Kenny Chesney iPhone app, first make sure you're getting a sufficient WiFi or data signal on your device, since NSR streams LIVE.  If it still won't connect, send a detailed e-mail to support@aloompa.com.

* If you're experiencing "Runtime" or "Debug" errors in Internet Explorer, it's likely that some other program has altered your settings and is affecting your browser's ability to see our site.  While we'd like to find the guys behind that program and give them a little "attitude adjustment" on the top of the head for messing with your NSR, you can restore your basic settings by simply following the instructions in this link -- http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822521.  Don't worry, you don't need to be a computer geek to figure it out.
